Dissolve line based on same id and same value keeping the order from start to end

I have the solution for doing this in R but would like to avoid using other tools.

Is it possible to dissolve lines with the value sections/features while keeping the start to end order and avoid dissolving the same values into one feature?

If you can imagine values within the same id: values= 1,1,1,1,4,4,4,1,1,1,5,5,5

I would like to get a 1,4,1,5 outcome. Would it be possible to preserve the start and endpoint of each feature?

If there is not a possibility to use dissolve can this kind of calculation be done in a Calculator? Basically creating a new group id.
Where new id would be for each value: 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4
I will be able to use this new id for a dissolve.
