Creating Random Points Based on Existing Clustering of Points using ArcGIS Pro

I have a point layer for businesses (50,000) that has similar attributes in terms of the area they are in. I would like to for each cluster of points create a single point that is based on the point cluster but also the same attribute information (location) of those points.

So its not just about creating a single point based on where the points are clustering but for the attribute information of the similar businesses to also help in the creation of the new point.

Is there an existing tool in ArcGIS Pro that can do this?
