Converting.vtpk (from ArcGIS Pro) into Google Earth compatible file

Geographic Information Systems Asked by cpbride on January 28, 2021

I have already turned the vector data into a vector tile cached package. If I were staying in ArcGIS then this would be fine. But I am working with a client that needs to see everything in Google Earth. There is a network link available for the service I am using but it is very slow to load when it loads at all. I really want to make a local version of the layer. This is only for reference, no analyses being done with it. Ideally, I’d like to turn it into a KML, but then it would just be a bunch of squares that follows the index.

Are there any workarounds?
