Convert MATLAB colormap to QGIS

Geographic Information Systems Asked by KoHo on March 25, 2021

I want to to use a very good looking colormap/color ramp from a MATLAB program LINK in QGIS 3.x.
I already tried to save a colorramp from QGIS and insert the values from the MATLAB colormap after multiplying the values with 255 and rounding the values (do I even need to round?).
the resulting 4 columns look like this:

QGIS Generated Color Map Export File

INTERPOLATION:INTERPOLATED
0,255,255,255,255
1,24,136,55,255
2,28,140,56,255
3,32,144,57,255
4,36,148,58,255
5,40,152,59,255
6,43,155,60,255
7,47,158,62,255

However I get a generic error message: enter image description here

Can someone point me in the right direction or has a working solution?
