Clustering method based on building attribute data

I have a building footprint and each building has a quality metric attached to it from a scale 1 to 6. I want to know if there is a certain pattern or cluster associated with the building spatial distribution. I am using ArcGIS Pro and there is a lot of clustering methods with different parameters there, but I don’t know what would be the best method.
