Click a polygon and have associated points be displayed

I am mapping farms with the turnouts that deliver water to the fields. The farms (polygons) are parcels with a text field with 1-4 turnouts. Example- 2478,2479,4910,4911. The turnouts (points) have a unique ID in a number field. Ultimately, I want our users to be able to click on a farm and the turnouts that water that field are shown. Using ArcMap, how would I do that?
