ClassifyPixelsUsingDeepLearning Output Error from ArcGIS Pro

While producing the final pixel block, which is a dictionary of arrays of predictions, ArcGIS Pro errors with

Unable to unpack the python NumPy array associated with the specified
raster into a pixel block. [output] The shape of the specified array
is unexpected. [pixels: incoming 1 x 32 x 32, expected: 4 x 32 x 32.]

However, the true expected output is a 1x32x32, as it produces a class for each pixel in the image tile.
