Changing size of window when calculating slope in ArcGIS Pro

I am running a focal statistic using a 2m resolution raster with a 8×8 window (so 16m x 16m) to calculate the "range" across my tile. I also want to do the same with slope but by default slope uses 3×3 to calculate. The issue is that running slope on my 2m raster is not capturing as much slope as it should be. I could resample the raster to a 5m resolution but then I am losing small details I am trying to capture which is why I am using 2m in the first place.

I want to be able to run slope and focal stat (range) over the same size windows with my 2m data.
