Carto Recognizing OSM locations

I have downloaded a CSV data set from Uber, but it gives locations in terms of Open Street Map IDs (and start and end node IDs) which Carto is not recognizing when I import. Is there some way to get Carto to recognize the locations through reorganizing my data?
