ArcGIS Web AppBuilder - Links to related sites within map

I am creating a map application using the Web AppBuilder in ArcGIS Online. The underlying map was created in ArcMap.

I know it is possible create a link to a webpage in the pop-up boxes, but is it possible to create a url that would take the user to a related point in the same map?

Example: I have created a map of historic locations within a town. However, the current school used to be located on a different site and I want users to be able to easily navigate from one location to the other. I have point data for both the current and historic location. If I were to create a section called ‘Related locations’ within the pop-up box, could I generate a link within the current school site’s pop-up so that when someone clicks on it, it would take them to the point for school’s previous location?
