ArcGIS Operations Dashboard - Display metadata in rich text

Is there a way to display with a rich text the content of the dashboard metadata ? Maybe using Arcade ?
Specifically I would like to display the description in the item’s metadata somewhere in the dashboard (so editing it in the metadata automaticall updates the display on the dashboard) :
