ArcGIS Online Routing - Multiple route end stops?

Is it possible within the ArcGIS Online analysis – Plan Routes, to select multiple route end stops?

By default you can can select a stop to start the routing (depot), the stops to visit, and an end point. This is fine if for example I have a school bus leaving a depot, picking up 50 pupils, and arriving at a single school.
What I am trying to do is arrive at multiple schools. So it will start at a depot, pick up 50 pupils, and drop off at say 3 different schools.

I can’t seem to see any options within AGOL for this, does anyone know if it is possible?
