After export the clipped Landsat image, it's distorted

I clipped square(polygon) of NDVI and Aster GED dataset and select the scale of 100 and set CRS to native projection and Exported to drive. But when I am Opening this dataset in QGIS it’s showing image size 263X49 and resolution in degrees (which is not equal to 100m). Why is my image not showing equal number of rows and columns (clip-square) and in some cases image is completely distorted?
