Add a hotlink to a published layer on the GeoServer

I have a points layer stored in PostGIS and published via WMS on the GeoServer.
There is a field in that table in which it refers to an image link (Each point has a different image/link).
I would like that when accessing the data of this layer this image would be opened in another browser tab or the same tab.

I use Mapstore to view the layers published on the GeoServer.

How can I do this?
