Verify that a smart contract inherits from a smart contract well-known definition

Can a smart contract A verifies that a smart contract B inherits from a well-known smart contract definition B0 (with some functions and variables).
I know B0 specification before deploying A.

The ERC165 seems not enough since it does not guarantee that B has that specific code of B0.
