Why is 'What need have you' used here?

I read the sentence below.

If I can verbalize my anxiety, what need have you to focus on my
body language, smells, or other physical or psychological signs that
might accompany these feelings?

I get what ‘what need have you‘ means vaguely. However, shouldn’t it be ‘what need do you have‘?
