I want a word for different in material. It was the material something is made of was replaced. Or it was made with different material than other objects.
Like for example "his arm was replaced with metal. It is ____." or "This crate was made with diamond nails. It has ___ nails." or "This golem is different from the rest in the group. It is made of snow rather than clay. It is a __ golem."

You can use the verb "transmute". Merriam-Webster: to change or alter in form, appearance, or nature and especially to a higher form
Or "transubstantiate": to change into another substance: transmute

There are several words that fit this use well.
Unorthodox, unconventional, atypical, abnormal, unexpected, irregular: all of these words essentially mean "different from conventional designs or methods", "not normal" or "different from expectations.
