What are two words to describe an attribute that is measured or observed vs. one that are calculated from such an attribute?

English Language & Usage Asked by Jerry Huckins on February 18, 2021

I am looking for two words.

I am collecting financial stock exchange data into a database, and I want to distinguish between two classifications of attributes:

  • Those which just exist and are retrieved and stored as-is, such as stock prices
  • Those which must be calculated from the above attributes

What are two words to describe these two classifications of data?
