to Blog, run a blog or what?

If I have my social network page, instead of saying kinda "manage instagram page", what other expression can be used?

Can we say "I blog my instagram page"? Sounds bad.
I’ve heard if we say "Run my instagram page" is for business purposes. But I don’t do any business there.

Can you help me and give some ideas. What is the right way to say "I have a social network page which I look after or control"?
