"Let’s eat, Grandma" is an old literary meme used to demonstrate the importance of commas in writing:

Let's eat grandma! Punctuation saves lives!

The first reference of the meme I was able to find is in American Printer and Lithographer – Volume 128 – Page 63 from 1949:
