(1)Sam, it seems you forget to copy all in the mail.

(2)Sam, it seems you forgot to copy all in the mail.

If I see that someone is not copied in the mail, it is best to forward the mail copying who are required. Then to remind one (Sam in this case) who has not copied the mail, should go ahead with (1) or (2).

It is a event in which 1 hr has elapsed. I think it should be (2, forgot). Just wanted to know if we can use forget, as event is
fresh not very old (1 hr old).
