I am looking for a single word which can be used in the following sentence:

My biggest [annoyance] with that is the diagrams are drawn lazily in that book.

Essentially I'm looking for a synonym for annoyance but a more natural one. The ones I found in dictionaries are not what I'm looking for.
I also thought of the word hitch, could that work?

I was thinking of "pet peeve". In this case, I'd suggest peeve. Lexico defines it as:

A cause of annoyance.

‘another peeve of mine is these so called reality shows’
