Mouth Ballooned Up in Disgust - Alternative Word?

I was wondering is there a word for a "ballooned up mouth right before a vomit; or to suppress a vomit". The expression would be like holding your mouth shut to suppress a vomit.

I’ve searched and couldn’t find anything. Or could be just that simple? (A ballooned up mouth)?
