Is this right answer for "Do you like the area where you live in?" in grammatically?

My answer: "To me, the best part of Seoul is there are many museums and galleries. For my major, I need to visit art exhibitions. Not only appreciate a work of art, but I also should study arts. As you know, Seoul is the capital city, wherefore there are many chances to engage in cultural activities. I like Seoul in this regard."

Especially, I wonder "there are many chances to engage in cultural activities." is the right sentence. I want to tell the accessibility of a museum, fair, show, and so on.
