how to use a periods/commas when putting a title within quotes (no italicizing on instagram)

I have to do social media for an instagram page that often times references books, movies, and tv shows. 1) how do punctuate correctly when using the title at the end of the sentence. 2) how do you i punctuate the title in the middle of a sentence. Where would insert periods/commas in the following?

ex at end: The Beatles just released their latest album "Abbey Road"

ex in middle: their new album "Abbey Road" is going to be a hit.
