English Language & Usage Asked on January 27, 2021
I have three paragraphs A and B and C. The sentence C is the consequence of A, and B :
How can I use "On the one hand" and "On the other hand" with that sentence !
The sentence C is the consequence of A, and B...
On the one hand... On the other hand...
modifies two opposite aspects. If both A and B lead to C, you cannot use such expression. If you want to speak of two related causes, you may use For one thing... For another...
For one thing, A
For another, B
Thus, C
