"contain" versus "include"

How can I simply understand the difference between "contain" and "include" ? I can kinda sense it but cannot explain it properly.

Include example:

Deaths from car accidents include all deaths caused by motor vehicle accidents according to the National Center for Health Statistics. Because the human immunodeficiency virus was not classified as a cause of death until 1987, H.I.V. death totals before 1987 include all AIDS patient deaths, some of which may have been caused by accidents or diseases unrelated to H.I.V.; after 1987, totals include all H.I.V. deaths as defined by the N.C.H.S. Deaths from guns include homicides, suicides and accidental deaths from firearms, in addition to firearm deaths of undetermined intent. It excludes firearm deaths caused by legal intervention. Deaths from drug overdoses excludes deaths caused by substance use disorder or withdrawal, which accounted for an additional 2,573 deaths in 2015.

In addition to their active ingredients, sunscreens contain a preservative to prevent microbe growth (more on those preservatives below). Some sunscreen makers also boast that their formulas contain antioxidants, which are theoretically nice because they can soak up free radicals that can damage cells, but according to chemist Perry Romanowski, they’re not present in lotions in a quantity that can be helpful to you. Many sunscreens also contain added fragrance. You may want to avoid fragrances as they can be irritating, and what makes a good fragrance is largely personal. That said, the sunscreen chemicals themselves still have a scent, so it’s hard to find a sunscreen that smells like absolutely nothing.
