".., a 25-year-old MAN from England." Is it formal enough?

English Language & Usage Asked by user100323 on January 26, 2021

I was preparing a format of self introduction for a formal interview but suddenly I got stuck at a point.
The format was:

I am _________, a 24-year-old man from England.

Are such words as "man", "boy", "woman" formal enough to be used at an interview?

What would a native speaker say in such a situation?

Thanks in advance.
