How is the simplest Ampere's law formula for cylindrical surfaces?

Current would only flow through the cylinder walls, not inside the cylinder. The cylinder is hollow.
I need the formula in order to calculate the magnetic field produced and see if it’s lower than the critical magnetic field strenght of a material.
