Wish to define specific defcustom entries

I wish to define following two defcustom entries:

• INS DEL Server[1] (customizable server name)
  • Host name, string
  • User name, string
  • Password, password or string
  • Port number integer 5432 by default
  • Disabled OFF by default

Another defcustom should reference the first one:

• INS DEL Dynamic set (string)
  • Server name, referencing or matching[1] above.
  • Node ID (integer)
