PostgreSQL resources requirements

We need to have db server (shared hosting, vps ..etc) mainly as storage (saving data)

The database (PostgreSQL) is going to have <= 10 tables with data types:
1 small int, 2 bigint, 1 bool and 3 float32

The database will have insertion queries 1 million rows per hour approx

We will need moderate RAM, enough to query a database that could grow in order of 20-200 GB weekly

Scalability priority is for disk space.

We dont mind if its slow as long as it works as the budget is limited.

I’ve looked into google postgresql cloud and other options, the problem is we can’t decide how much resources we need to start with? (CPU, RAM)
