Where to find good quality data sets about electricity data per country?

I want to investigate and compare different countries level regarding electrification as a part of studying how prepared they are in electrification of the automotive segment.
Examples of information I want to have is production capacity, consumption, cost, import/export, sources, distribution, etc.
