What observations can you perceive from the following table?

I am preparing my thesis presentation and I want to give a clear understanding of the data that I have collected for the jury members. I understood the data very well, but I feel like I am lacking a simple language to explain it clearly, because the jury members are probably not from a quantitative background.

PS: Data is not normally distributed.
