Selling windows for products

I have sales data of hundreds of products. How they are sold over the year in terms of units sold and revenue. Sales of each product varies largely from one another and their seasonality too. Data looks like:

In data, some products are more popular than others during some point of year,some might be popular whole year and some might be popular several times within a year. Sales of products vary from year to year and having good selling windows of one year might be days or even weeks off from the other.

So for this data, how can I figure out which product will be popular in upcoming season/month?
