Feature construction widget on Orange 3.13

I got stucked with this widget… I am an absolute beginner and I am now working with Orange software for my thesis with logs and core data.
I need to combine different features to compare them.

What kind of information should I put in “Values” field with a categorical feature?

If you have some example with will be really appreciated. the ones from orange doesn’t help me
