Alternative to VGAM for Zero Truncated Negativ Binomial GLM in R

I think the answer is "no". countreg does zero-inflated and zero-truncated count distributions, but only Poisson and NB. actuar gives pdf, cdf, et cetera, but doesn't do regression.
