A causal story is not causality either

I am pursuing a course on Edx on data analysis for Social Sciences. Actually I am stuck on this assertion of the teacher Mrs. E. Duflo which states:

Correlation is not causality.
A causal story is not causality either

While she explained this concepts quite well, I feel like I am not understanding this second sentence quite well. What is a causal story in fact?
