Logistic Regression cost function for joint optimization based on relevance and profit

I’d like to train a Logistic Regression model to rank items (point-wise) for customers. Ideally, I would rank higher those items that have a high probability of being purchased and that can generate the higher profit.

Can I alter the standard Logistic Regression cost function to account for both factors? How would the cost function look like?
