Recognizing Twig tags in VS code live server

I’m not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but seeing as I’m developing with Craft I thought I’d give it a try.

Does anyone know if it’s possible for the Live Server plugin for VS Code to recognize Twig tags? When I launch the Live Server plugin it seems to be showing the tags on page such as:

{% block ... %}
{% endblock %}
{% extends .... %}

Are these kinds of tags supported by Live Server?
