photo processing python

I try to study OpenCV. I have a photo of surnames and names, for example https://i.stack.imgur.com/6TQwG.png
I want to detect from this list the surname and name "Noah Jones" and display a result as
https://i.stack.imgur.com/irPYc.png. How can i do this by using only openCV? (I can’t use Tesseract)
