How can I find LinkIt Field values and the entries they're on?

We’ve got a sprawling site built up over 4+ years, and someone decided we’d no longer use X page, but now we’ll use Y, and sadly the authors don’t always know to use an entry, so they copy in the ~whole blasted~ url. We’ve set up redirects to handle the change, but we’d optimally like to find and change those.

We have linkit fields both as simple fields and within matrix fields, so they’re embedded. I’d love to figure out a way to show the URLs or Entries that are used, and all the pages that they are used on, so authors can go in to fix them.
