Custom shipping methods in Commerce 2

I’ve been looking at the documentation for a long time now and can’t figure out how to create several custom shipping methods in Commerce 2. Does anyone have any examples of how this can be achieved?

I think you may have to use the adjuster model, but having an example would help me a lot.
