Best cold brew grinder for Commercial and Shop use

Please Help!!

I am overwhelmed with how many machines are out there today. I was thinking of getting the EK43 due to size and price for my coffee shop. But then I noticed the Ditting is specifically designed for Cold Brew.. With a price tag of 3500.. As which the EK43 is (2300-2700). My shop is designed for cold brew consumption, but I also will sell whole beans and ground.. Price is an issue, but not much. I just want the best machine for the job.

I noticed a lot of people said they have to adjust the burr for the EK43 because it does not go course enough!!

For a first time shop what are the best Cold Brew Grinders out there?
