How are settings and add-ons migrated in Blender 2.8 and later? In 2.7 the splash screen had an option to import old settings. This is not present in 2.8. This answer looks very dated - How would I import/export Blender's preferences? If there is not a built in way to do this, are there scripts or add-ons for migration?
