How to create those Trademark rigs that are shown in the tutorials

I am trying to create a perfectly for my character from her last month but I am not able to create it now I think the problem lies in the type of bones that I choose whenever I watch on YouTube tutorial I found that the Rig that they are using is of different type at least I do not use that and I don’t know how to bring that it is a different kind of rig around the mesh and if I choose the wire type of bone in the bone types it is different from what I want here is a picture have a look at it
