Soo i have started using texture in blender and i want my textures to look real like they have depth i have download textures and i know there are various type of textures like ambient, roughness etc. But i don’t know how to connect each of the in shader node soo plz help me out with this
First, let me explain what the different texture images are:
Here's how you can connect each of them to the Principled Shader:
In that example, I'm using the albedo texture for the base color. Here's a comparison using the albedo texture, diffuse texture, and albedo along with the ambient occlusion.
Albedo + Ambient Occlusion: (Note, you can probably get the colors to match the previous two better if you use something like the color ramp node between the Ambient Occlusion texture and the mix color node)
For the normal texture, you need to use the Normal Map node. For only the displacement texture, use just the Bump node. For both textures, use both nodes as I showed in the example.
