What happens to Mean systemic pressure during the start of aerobic exercise?

Hi this was one of the answers to a MCQ I had to do (it said it would decrease 2 times in the first 10 seconds of a run). I am not too sure what actually happens to it though
Using the equation VR=MSP-RAP I assume MSP would increase due to an increase in VR but I am not too sure
