Brake problems (hope tech hydraulic)

My brake pads are stuck so I brute force them apart and when I finally put them back on and go to pull the lever it is extremely loose.

When I let go it makes the pads completely close up and cause the disk to squeak and make loud noises if I try move or pedal the bike. Nothing I do seems to work and these brakes are out of the box new.

What do I do now?
