Keyboard freezing in regular intervals

Ubuntu 20.04 dual boot with Windows everything was working fine. 2 days ago the keyboard starts freezing for a certain duration with a block symbol on the screen. I updated the drivers also and tried to install the needed package: apt install xserver-xorg-input-all step but the problem is still there can anyone helpenter image description here
