i have completed the build process for 20.04.1 and when i restart i cannot get into the image it goes to the black screen with errors

upon restart as per the build process i am attempting to log in and am taken to a screen that has 4 lines of data referring to cloud-init and ends with used fallback data source and i do not know what this means and I am unable to find anything about it
i built it from a USB stick

1. i have restarted again and i checked the boot device to set it back to the HDD
2. I have attempted to rebuild
3. I have attempted PXE build
   Have tried to research but have not been successful as yet I need some assistance please s I dont know what to do next as i cannot find any online assistance
